
Our yoga program integrates simple effective yoga poses with an attention to the breath and the biomechanics of correct alignment. Through verbal cues and supportive adjustments, we teach you the importance of lengthening and strengthening the spine and supporting yourself with proper movement.
Yoga is a great way to return health and flexibility back to your spine and entire body. It can also help you discover your ability to bring balance and relaxation to your daily life.
Our yoga program starts with one-on-one instruction and the development of a specific therapeutic series of poses that addresses your condition or injury. We then broaden our approach to teach the basics of classic yoga and to help you make a transition to our
lunchtime and/or evening classes.
