Our Pilates program teaches the fundamentals of core stability and lengthening using both mat and reformer techniques. Using the fundamental principles of dynamic core stability and effective breath, we teach you important skills for daily activities and sports performance. Our Pilates program is highly rehabilitative and will help you return to the activities you enjoy.
As with our yoga program, we start with one-on-one instruction in the fundamental principles and steps in Pilates exercise. We then help you make a transition to our Pilates classes which include floor matt-based exercises and use of the foam roller, fit ball, and other props to improve dynamic core strength and sustain long-term spinal health.
