Yoga at SOMA consists of simple, easy to do yoga poses that promote first length and strength of the spine. From this foundation, we address whole body fitness and flexibility helping you recover from injuries and return to being active. Therapeutic yoga, to be effective and assimulated into daily life, needs to be understandable and replicated outside our clinic walls. We have done a good job at SOMA creating therapeutic and adapted yoga poses that specifically build a healthy spine for decreased pain and greatly improved function.
