 SOMA offers one-on-one fitness training. Our private fitness training uses safe and science-based exercise programs to help you get in shape and lose weight without the risk of injury.  We will help you start a new program to gain strength for your weekend bike ride, lose some weight, or continue your rehabilitation from an injury or muscle imbalance.  With the combination of experience, a central location, and access to a wide range of therapists and online programs, SOMA fitness training can meet any of your needs and budget. 

Therapeutic Pilates

 Improve your core strength and stability with therapeutic Pilates at Soma Physical Therapy.  Pilates will advance your level of fitness through the development of core strength and spinal flexibility. Classes and private sessions are taught by classically trained Pilates instructors who work with Soma's Integrative Physical Therapy program. We blend core strength, Pilates, Myofascial Release and Massage to help you reach your rehabilitation goals.
